We are currently based in Seoul, South Korea. However, we offer variety of options when selecting region for your nodes to serve clients anywhere in the world and reduce latency. If you need any particular server location that we do not currently offer, please contact us and we will figure out a solution.

Node is an individual database instance in a blockchain containing a copy of the full ledger of such a database, and capable of tracking, sending, getting info about transactions within such database and storing copies of the transactions confirmation. Nodes are used by developers for building blockchain-based applications.

We provide a lot of valuable insights in a specific user dashboard. Nodeinfra dashboard is the user's personal page to check up on nodes' health and real-time performance. Please refer to Nodeinfra docs for more information.

Each node differs on its prices depending on the hardware specs that the customer wants. Our support team will work with you to find the best pricing possible upon your request.

Upon your request, our support team will get in touch you regarding deployment and payment process. We accept variety of payment methods.

You can request refund within 48 hours of the final configuration. Our general policy is that upon cancelling, your node stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you would like a refund due to exceptional circumstances, reach out to support@nodeinfra.com and we can assist you.
